Lancôme chose us to organize an enchanting event for their biggest product launch in 2018: “Idôle” perfume.

With the initial brief changing from party to gala dinner, we had less than 10 days to readjust and execute everything to perfection, with out-of-the-box ideas and waw effects, and do it all under strict brand guidelines and validation of the multinational mother company.

We started managing and organizing the event by priorities: starting with scouting and locking the right location.

Then, we created an exceptional concept with all the waw effects requested, and finally, we controlled the budget accordingly.

We managed to secure an exclusive and unique location that usually doesn’t allow any commercial events on-site.

We mirrored the magic of the brand’s perfume by booking a contemporary dancer with features similar to “Zendaya” the face of the product. She charmed the guests and was the star of the evening.
