FOUNDED BAYTNA BAYTAK NGO AND ACITVE MEMBER OF BASECAMP COALITION FEB 2019 - OCT 2020
Back In 2019 a group of young, dynamic, and politically independent volunteers and community organizers, including Bouchra , came together to launch Baytna Baytak, a civil initiative dedicated to secure housing for frontline healthcare professionals fighting against the Covid-19 Pandemic.
In the wake of the devastating Beirut Blast in 2020, Baytna Baytak expanded its mission to support the response efforts in relocating displaced citizens due to the explosion, as well as restoring and repairing the homes of low-income and marginalized residents who have no other place to go.

As a co-founder of Baytna Baytak, she initiated the operation with a team, actively volunteered for 8 months,.
